Description
Bougainvillaea Cottage is situated in Akdeniz Village. It is a white painted Mediterranean type house with terracotta roof tiles which overhang the ground floor terrace and two first floor balconies. We have called it a cottage because of its cosy atmosphere, but it also provides plenty of light, spacious accommodation due to its well planned layout.

The ground floor is split-level open-plan, so that the kitchen diner is a step up from the main living area, which also leads onto the Bougainvillaea clad terrace, furnished with table and chairs for alfresco dining. The kitchen is well equipped and has a cooker with oven and fridge freezer. The dining area has dining table and chairs to seat six. The living room has an open working fireplace and is comfortably furnished with chairs and a large sofa, which converts to a bed if required. There is a television on which you can receive the BBC world service and numerous Turkish channels. You can bring games consoles to use with the television if you wish. There is a downstairs w.c. with a washing machine. Upstairs there are two single bedrooms (one with balcony) and a double bedroom with king size bed and balcony with lovely views to the mountains. There is a bathroom with toilet and shower. Hot water is supplied by solar panels. A staircase from the first floor leads to the roof terrace (it has a door with a lock for the safety of children , who should not have unsupervised access to this area , the same with the balconies)

The roof terrace is a suntrap and has stunning views across open countryside to the mountains. A selection of games and books are provided. The swimming pool and river (with complimentary boat service to the beach in season) are two minutes walk away. Akdeniz village is the ideal place for a family holiday, as well as peace and seclusion, there is a very large swimming pool, volleyball and football areas by the river, where children can play and meet new friends.

The beautiful sandy beach can be reached by the regular complimentary boat service run from the village in season, a five minute drive or twenty minute walk down the side of the beautiful river , which runs through the grounds on the perimeter of the village. Due to the rural location, car hire is recommended for this property .The cottage is cleaned weekly. All bed linen, hand/ shower towels are provided.

April May June Sept & Oct: £300 per week
July & August: £350 per week

Transfers are available for £30 return per group for a car or £40 return per group for a minibus
